Please note. 1. No tickets will be mailed. Tickets are " will call" only. You must bring your order number (receipt) with you the day of the ride to retrieve your tickets from the ticket booth. 2. We can not send you a copy of your receipt. 3. There can be no exchanges or refunds. Please remember we are an all volunteer non profit company. 4. Welcome
to the Polar Express 2009! Last year we sold out months before the
trip and many of our faithful customers missed out on this wonderful train
ride. This year we have added one additional trip per day. There will
be more suprises to come as we work hard to make this trip better and better
each year!
